US orders through Amazon

Our planned sales channel is our official Amazon US listing. The link is not yet available; product availability will be announced when the listing is ready. The following describes shipping for our Amazon-fulfilled offer once sales begin.

Orders for that offer are prepared and shipped through Amazon FBA. Check the Amazon listing and your order for eligible US addresses, shipping options, costs, taxes and delivery estimates before purchasing. We do not promise a delivery speed or free shipping different from the terms Amazon displays for your order.

Tracking and delivery issues

Use Your Orders on Amazon for tracking, address-change requests, delivery issues and missing, incorrect or damaged items. Changes depend on the order's status; a request does not guarantee it can be fulfilled.

Returns and warranty shipments

Ordinary Amazon returns follow the instructions for that order. Incamania warranty shipments require prior coordination with our team and must not be sent to an Amazon warehouse without instructions. See our Returns and one-year limited warranty policy.
