Who we are and what this notice covers

Amazon operates its own platforms and applies its own privacy notices to purchases made there.

Information, sources and purposes

We receive information you provide when contacting us or subscribing: your name, email address, inquiry contents and telephone number if you choose to provide it. For warranty service, we may process order numbers, purchase and delivery records, an address needed for a remedy, unit identifiers and relevant photos or videos. We use this information to respond, verify coverage, provide a remedy and prevent duplicate or fraudulent claims through documented review.

Our website and its providers may process IP addresses, device or browser identifiers, preferences, pages visited, interactions and technical information to provide and secure services, measure performance, and perform analytics or personalization subject to applicable choices and rules. In our role as seller, we may receive order information needed to assist you through Amazon, subject to its restrictions. We do not receive your complete payment card details merely because you buy on Amazon.

Shopify and other recipients

Shopify hosts the website and provides related functionality and data processing. Shopify Network Intelligence is currently enabled. It uses interaction data from our website together with interactions with other merchants and Shopify to provide enhanced services, including personalization and advertising. Some uses may constitute sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable privacy law. See Shopify's Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify's privacy portal.

We may disclose relevant information to hosting, communications and support providers, to Amazon or carriers when necessary for a case, and to advisers or authorities where there is a legal obligation or basis. Disclosures are limited to the relevant purpose. Some providers and recipients may process information outside the United States. The location of our business does not mean all processing occurs in the United States.

Cookies, browser storage and privacy choices

The website uses Shopify technologies and browser storage for operation and preferences. Measurement, personalization and advertising features depend on applicable configuration and choices. Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Local storage can retain preferences such as favorite names between visits.

You can manage cookies and other storage through your browser. Deleting storage may remove favorites and preferences or affect features. Where displayed, the consent notice provides choices over optional technologies. A consent banner may not appear in every region.

To opt out of sharing or targeted advertising, visit Your privacy choices or email support@incamania.com. Follow the page instructions to register the choice for your browser and, if you wish, the account associated with your email address. Applicable choices may depend on your region. Shopify's integrated privacy mechanism recognizes supported Global Privacy Control signals for its advertising-related uses, as described in its documentation. A browser or device choice may need to be set again if you clear storage or use another browser or device.

Family tools

Our calculator code uses the values entered to calculate and display estimates in your browser. The baby name tool stores selected favorites in local storage under the key inca-name-favorites; these remain until removed through the tool or browser storage controls. Calculator inputs and favorite names are separate from the technical website information described above. Visiting a page can still generate technical information, including its URL, and visits to pregnancy or fertility resources may reveal an interest in those subjects.

You do not need to provide your name or email to use these tools. Do not send medical histories or identifying information about children through our contact form when it is unnecessary for your inquiry. If you send sensitive information in a support message, we will handle it for the request and applicable obligations, not as permission to add you to marketing.

Email and advertising

If you subscribe to our emails, we use your address for the requested communications. Unsubscribe through the message link or contact us. Necessary inquiry or warranty communications are separate from promotional messages. Our advertising on third-party platforms, such as Amazon or social networks, is also subject to those platforms' privacy notices and settings. This notice will be updated when our integrations or information practices materially change.

Your rights and requests

Depending on your residence and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of information, opt out of certain uses, and appeal a decision regarding your request. Email support@incamania.com with your request. We verify identity proportionately and request only necessary information. Where applicable, we accept authorized agents. To appeal our response, reply to it or email us with the subject Privacy appeal and explain the request you want reconsidered. We respond within applicable legal timeframes and do not discriminate for exercising protected rights.

Retention, security and children

We retain information as needed for its purpose, warranty service, fraud prevention and applicable obligations. Relevant criteria include our relationship with you, the type of information, outstanding requests or disputes and legal recordkeeping needs. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to applicable retention obligations. We may retain the minimum information needed to honor an unsubscribe request. Browser storage is also subject to your browser controls.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information; no system can guarantee absolute security. The website is directed to adults, including parents and caregivers, and is not designed for children under 13 to provide personal information. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and address it.

Changes

We update the date of this notice when it changes and provide additional notices or seek consent where required. Changes do not retroactively authorize incompatible uses of previously collected information.
